Damage handled fast.
Properties restored right.
Water, fire, mold and storm restoration — one local team from the first call to the final repair, with the documentation your insurance claim depends on.
When water, fire, mold or a storm gets into your home or business, you need one team that can stop the damage, document it for your insurer and put the property back the way it was.
Blackridge brings 60+ years of combined experience in restoration, insurance and construction to water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, storm damage and commercial losses across Alpharetta and the north metro, from the first call to the final repair.

Based on Hembree Road, AlpharettaNo two properties are alike, so no two jobs are scoped the same way. We tailor the response to what's in front of us.

We extract, dry to a documented standard and stop mold before it starts.

Odor removal, structural cleaning, contents recovery and rebuild.

Containment, safe removal, and fixing the moisture that caused it.

We secure the property fast, clear the mess and start repairs.

DuringAfterBased in Alpharetta, our crews respond across Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb and Cherokee counties — not from a call center two states away.
Damage doesn't keep business hours and neither do we. Every emergency vehicle is stocked and ready, so when you call we're already on our way — not scheduling for Tuesday.
Our vehicles, stocked and ready — AlpharettaFrom the first inspection to the last coat of paint, you know what's happening and why.

We assess the full extent of the damage — including what you can't see — and set out a clear plan before any work starts.

Extraction, drying, soot removal or containment, depending on the loss. The goal is to stop the damage growing while the claim is opened.

Equipment sized to the loss, with moisture readings taken every day until materials reach a measured dry standard — not until the calendar says so.

Rebuild to pre-loss condition, by the same team that documented the damage — no handover gap where things get lost.
Most restoration disputes are documentation disputes. We build the file your adjuster needs before they ask for it.
Moisture readings, thermal imaging and timestamped photographs of every affected area, before anything moves.
Extraction, containment or board-up, so the damage stops growing while your claim is opened.
A written quote within 24 hours, which is what keeps approvals moving.
We walk the loss with your adjuster on site and go through the readings and photos, so you're not left translating it.
Reconstruction to pre-loss condition by the same team, with the full claim file handed to you.
You choose your contractor — not your insurer.
We work with all major carriers, and we'll tell you plainly if something looks unlikely to be covered — before you spend money, not after.

Customers name our technicians in their reviews — which only happens when the crew that documents the damage is the crew that dries it, rebuilds it and hands back the keys.

Rated 4.5 on Google across 203 reviews from Atlanta-area homes and businesses. Our customers name the technicians who showed up — Juan, Jayson and the rest of the crew — which is what happens when the same people turn up rather than whoever was available.

Still not sure? Ask the advisor in the corner — it can look at a photo too — or call and a person will answer.
It depends on your policy and on how the damage happened — we can't promise coverage, and anyone who does is guessing. Generally, sudden and accidental water (a burst pipe, a failed supply line) is treated differently from long-term seepage, and flood from rising water usually needs separate cover. Photograph everything before cleanup, call your insurer promptly, and keep damaged items until they're inventoried.
No. In Georgia you choose your own contractor. We work with all major carriers, document the loss in the format adjusters expect, and meet your adjuster on site.
Start the same day if you can. In Georgia's humidity, wet drywall, carpet and framing can begin growing mold within roughly 24 to 48 hours, and that changes the scope of the job. We dry to a measured standard and record readings daily.
Often, if the water was clean and the affected area is small. Contaminated water, a large affected area, or any fire or smoke damage usually means staying elsewhere for a while — and many policies include loss-of-use cover for exactly that. If a ceiling is sagging or water is near anything electrical, get out first and call.
A small patch on a hard, non-porous surface, sometimes. Anything on drywall, larger than a few square feet, or that keeps coming back needs containment — scrubbing it releases spores into the rest of the house. Find the moisture source first, or it returns.
Water, fire, mold or storm — if it's happening now, don't wait on a form. Call and a person will answer.
Second opinions, insurance questions, or damage that can wait until morning — this reaches us either way.
